Getting Started: How do I sign up a resold client?

Resold accounts are ordered using the 'Add Domain' option in your Reseller Control Panel.
Step 1: In the 'Add Domain' option, choose 'additional domain' and fill out the form.
- Registration Options. If you choose 'New Domain Registration', please choose the number of years to register the domain. Centrally Administered Domain Registration is currently $20 per year.
Important: The option to register your domain name as part of the hosting order is a premium service - if you select this option, the domain will be registered and administred by us centrally, and billed through your reseller hosting account. It will NOT show up in your wrcdomains Domain Registration Account (if you have one).
For the best deal on your domain registration - or if you wish to use your own virtual nameservers - your should select the 'Don't Register Me' option and manually register your domain name through our sister site, wrcdomains.com, or your domain registrar of choice.
- User Names. The User Name must be unique, so cannot be the same as your reseller account User Name or any other existing wrchosting user.
- Plan Selection. Choose the package and term of contract (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual). Annual contracts attract a 20% discount.
- Owner Information Your master account details are entered into the 'Owner Information' section by default; you only need to change this if you have selected the 'New Domain Registration' option and you want the domain name to be registered in your clients name instead of yours.
Step 2: Submit your order. The next page will allow you to review the details before you finally placing your order.
Step 3: We will set up your clients domain and send you their welcome letter within an hour of your submitting the order. We suggest that you cut and paste from this to create a similar letter to send to your new client.
Step 4: If you want to totally customise your resold domains, you can go to your clients newly setup control panel before you send out their welcome letter, and alter the default index page to include a "hosted by yourcompany.com" statement or some other default page.
NB. Remember you can also customise the look and feel of your resold control panels to match the look and branding of your site!
