Billing: How can I update my Credit Card?

To update your credit card details in real time, simply login to your Control Panel (CP) and select the 'Edit Billing Information' option.
For security, you will be prompted for your CP login details again, and then taken to a screen where you can input your credit card details. You can also update your 'off network' email address from here so that we can still contact you in the event that your account email is not working for some reason (e.g. over disk limit).
Please note that the credit card number must be entered as numbers only, with no spaces or dashes (e.g. 4567123456789012).
If you are unable to update your credit card details using this option (for example, account is suspended) please use our manual update form
