Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Shared plans. If within the first 30 days of ordering your reseller plan you decide that our services are not right for you, simply complete the form available using the 'Remove Domain' option in your Control Panel and specify the refund under guarantee option.
Please note that our guarantee excludes setup fees, any domain registration fees or other third party product fees paid. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Dedicated Resellers
Dedicated servers are subject to separate contract and are not eligible for refund under guarantee.
