Getting Started: How do I cancel a resold account?

If you have the Reseller System Manager (RSM), you can delete clients or their domains in real time as needed. Simply use the 'View Clients' option in the RSM to select the client/domain and then choose the required action.
If you do not use the RSM, simply use the 'Cancel Domain' option in your CP to submit a cancellation request.
Important:
Make sure you submit the resold domain details, not your master account details (unless you want to cancel your master account and all resold domains under it)!!!
Cancellations via the 'Cancel Domain' option in your CP are processed within 5 business days of receipt. We cannot guarantee a specific cancellation date, so ensure that you leave sufficient notice to avoid any recurring billing charges.
Make sure you or your client has a viable backup BEFORE issuing the cancellation request.
