Guestbook: How can I customise the look of the guestbook?

It is possible to customise the guestbook web page to fit the look and feel of your website. For a new installation, the two files you will need to edit are:
/home/$user/$domain-www/guestbook/guestbook.html
/home/$user/$domain-www/guestbook/template.html
Both these files will need to be amended - they should initially be the same, so you can copy/paste as needed.
This is because guestbook entries are initially added to guestbook.html, then once the page limit has been reached (20 entries by default) then the file is renamed guest-x.html and a new guestbook.html is created from the template.html file.
Note: You should not remove the drop down menu, as this is an important part of the guestbook, nor should you remove the comment:
